The Director, Ron Danieli has been in Real Estate for over 30 years, having worked for some of the largest franchises in the Real Estate Industry as a Principal, Licensee and Manager.
Ron decided that a more customer-focused and tailored approach was something that was of the utmost importance to him and decided that this could only be achieved by working through a boutique agency.
This ensured that the highest level of customer service could be delivered. As the Director of this type of agency Ron and his team can personally deal with every client and answer all of their questions and concerns immediately and efficiently.
One of the company’s greatest strengths is the fact that Ron has completed tertiary studies in Marketing, Customer Relations and Negotiation Skills and under-taken legal studies which have given him knowledge and skills that few other agents can match.
We are also experts in managing and selling investment properties purchased with self-managed Superfunds. With an increasing investor trend for purchasing properties using self-managed Superfunds, as a company Ron Danieli has committed time and effort to understand the benefits & processes for managing, purchasing and selling properties held in Superfunds. We can help advise you of the most effective ways to maintain, buy and sell your investment.
OUR OFFICE LOCATION
We are located at Shop 2, 17 Elizabeth Bay Road in Elizabeth Bay in a heritage-listed Art Deco building. The building was built in the early 1930s.
It was a very upmarket hotel located next door to the Sebel Town House. About 25 years ago the building was converted to separate strata units and sold off as individual apartments.
Ron has sold over 90% of the apartments in the building.
